As of 30th April 2012 Australian Air Express have migrated their overnight services and renamed them StarTrack.
• All Orders are Shipped with a Maximum Delivery time of 3-5 Business days While Orders Including International Products (Koolance,Danger Den,Hardware Labs,EK WaterBlocks) Have Maximum Shiipping Time Of Up to 10 Business Days.
• All prices listed for each product on the website are for cash, and is not inclusive of any shipping charges or insurance.
• All Orders are shipped By Australian Air Express / StarTrack Up to 3KG Australia Wide($16.50).
• Orders Are also Can Be Shipped By Australia Post Express which Is Calculated In Checkout.
• While Most Items over 5kg are sent by Fastways And StarTrack Express.
• All Servers And Plasma TVs are Dispatched By StarTrack Express.
• We also Are Offering Australian Air Express / StarTrack Next Flight Delivery.( Same Day Delivery if Ordered Before 12PM Cut Off.).
• All International Orders Will Be Dispatched Using Australian Air Express / StarTrack Express Delivery
• Freight charges we quoted are inclusive of both shipping and insurance costs (insurance will only cover to the value of $1,500 per courier order) for the transit of goods shipped from US to the customer only. If customer require higher insurance cover they will need to formally request it with us and additional charges will apply (additional 5% on top of the normal cover amount).
• When shipping using couriers and paid by credit card payment, physical street address must be provided in your billing details so that we can still verify it.
• All shipping addresses must have complete contact details that can be verified by a phone number (as listed in the Whitepages).
• We do not ship orders to a third party, unless JPCS can fully verify all the addresses and contact details as we required.
• Delivery to work or non residential addresses must be accompanied with full verifiable details such as company name, address, phone number and contact name.
• The customer is responsible to be available for delivery and to sign and accept the goods, redelivery attempts may cost extra and may be passed on to customer if delivery address is unattended.
• In the event of a refund, any shipping and insurance charges are not refundable unless it is genuinely our fault.
• The customer is responsible for all extra freight charges, which include redelivery, redirection, refused shipments and incorrectly given delivery details.
• Customers can track their order using the consignment numbers given in your email confirmation and delivery status can be tracked via the courier's website
• Shipping charges are calculated by the cubic size or its dead weight, whichever is more for larger items such as cases, servers, server cabinets.
